In 2020 we proud to introduce our latest compact design factory setup what is packed down with maximum knowledge and best technologies what we collected over those years of manufacturing.

We rank this setup as second best of our products after Hybrid (4 roller) machines.

Those setups already equipped with all the bits you need to make this setup plug and go.

Setup consist of flexible easy movable stand system with integrated powerful gear motor (Electro lab) and vector type frequency inverter (Electro lab) to control turning RPM, 3 roller module with 3x150mm diam rollers in length of 40 cm and our new rollers realignment system.

Moving on to cutting unit... As only option to work from size 6mm and up means that belt cutting unit must be used, it was clear straight away that setup must be assembled with belt cutting from the start so system become universal, so we added belt type cutting unit with laser sensors, RPM regulated gear motor to control belt conveyor speed (all electronic parts by Electro lab), cutting unit by it self have 3 operations , first it cuts sausage and its done by special stainless steel knife system then next operation is to carry sausage to the end point by belt conveyor and then third operation is to push sausage in to the roller block.

Setup equipped with 8-10kg load extruder what stands on regulated stand whats attached to whole frame. Below extruder we installed silent compressor what feeds cutting unit and its only 38-40 db loud.

System have easy spare block changing system so you can change from one size bait making to another size in seconds.

Setup equipped with automatic sorting system so its mean that you have only correct finished baits out , start, end bits are moved to the box, what`s located in back of machine.

Machine can be equipped with 3 type tray system (plastic box, Stainless steel tray small, Stainless steel tray large) from the front and open board system for connection to boiling line
